React Native Developer Job Opening
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic React Native Developer to lead our mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable cross-platform applications and ensuring smooth delivery across Android and iOS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of React Native developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
- Take ownership of end-to-end mobile application development (Android & iOS)
- Design and architect scalable, maintainable applications using JavaScript & TypeScript
- Implement and manage state using Redux, Redux Saga, or Thunk
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Manage source code using GitHub and maintain proper version control workflows
- Oversee application deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Integrate and manage push notifications and third-party services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Backend, and Product
- Plan sprints, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive solutions
- Ensure team productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in React Native development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Redux, Redux Saga, or Thunk
- Experience in mobile app deployment for both Android and iOS
- Familiarity with GitHub and version control practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
