QA Tester Job Opening

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our web and mobile applications before they are released to users.

This QA Tester job is ideal for someone who is passionate about software quality, identifying issues before they reach production, and collaborating with developers to deliver reliable digital products.

Ultimately, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards across our in-house products and client projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing of web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
• Participate in requirement reviews to identify potential quality risks.
• Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports.
• Ensure applications meet business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and testing standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Tester, Software Tester, or Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience creating test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Basic understanding of APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience testing REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of performance and security testing concepts.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
