Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and business opportunities for IT services
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Manage client communication and requirement gathering
- Strong experience in Upwork bidding, profile handling, and client conversion
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
- Proven experience working in an IT company
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and other freelancing portals
- Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile App, Software Development, Digital Solutions)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling international clients
