The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services sales and hands-on expertise with platforms like Upwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and business opportunities for IT services
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Manage client communication and requirement gathering
  • Strong experience in Upwork bidding, profile handling, and client conversion
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
  • Proven experience working in an IT company
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork and other freelancing portals
  • Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile App, Software Development, Digital Solutions)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling international clients
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines
